LANTANIA builds large transport, water and energy infrastructures. It develops sustainable solutions to improve quality of life and promote a cleaner and healthier world.

The company formally began its activity in early 2018 with the acquisition of Isolux Corsán’s construction, energy and water business units and the subsequent incorporation of the public works business line of Grupo Velasco in 2019. Lantania thus combines experience and technical means of two companies with more than 90 years of history with the enthusiasm and financial strength of the new project. A growth reinforced by the acquisition of Soil, Travypsa and Deisa in 2020, and Balzola Polska and DSV Constructora y Ferroviaria in 2022.

Among the most significant projects currently being developed by Lantania are the construction of the Jubail and Ras Mohaisen desalination plants in Saudi Arabia, the Palma II Wastewater Treatment Plant in Palma de Mallorca, and the second phase of the Valladolid railway complex. The company is also involved in the works connecting the high-speed rail lines between Madrid, Barcelona, and the Levante region, as well as in the third section of Line 3 of the Seville Metro, among other strategic projects.

LANTANIA, whose staff have an average of 22 years’ experience and a machinery park consisting of more than 1,200 items, is structured around three main business areas: infrastructure, water and environment and energy:

• Lantania Infrastructure: road, railway and building projects. It has technical competence in the market thanks to the experience of its professionals as well as benefiting from a state-of-the-art machinery park.
• Lantania Water: covers the entire water cycle, from catchment (including the construction of dams and reservoirs), drinking water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection and purification; taking on any phase of design, construction and operation. In addition, the company undertakes the design, procurement, construction, operation, and maintenance of desalination plants across the world.
• Lantania Energy: extensive experience in the construction of photovoltaic solar farms, wind farms, hydroelectric power plants and the transmission and distribution infrastructures necessary to provide consumers with energy.
• Lantania Building Construction: it carries out both unique building projects and residential construction, applying innovative designs and new materials.
• Lantania Services: provides maintenance services for public infrastructure, green areas, and comprehensive building facilities.
