Founded in 1993 as Construcción y Obras Públicas, S.A., and adopting its current name after the integration of SISOCIA, S.A. in 2001, CYOPSA-SISOCIA, S.A., chaired by Camilo Alcalá Sánchez, has established itself as a business project present in most construction subsectors, based on technical excellence, financial solvency, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and respect for the environment.

Throughout its history, CYOPSA-SISOCIA, S.A. has developed projects with a significant social and economic impact for Public Administrations and private clients, covering a wide variety of activities: road and rail infrastructure, water supply and irrigation works, and environmental projects for the conditioning and restoration of natural watercourses. Its activities extend throughout Spain, with a notable presence in Madrid, Andalusia, Aragon, Castilla and Leon, Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia, Galicia, Extremadura, and Murcia.

In the field of construction and real estate development, CYOPSA-SISOCIA, S.A. develops residential, public, and commercial projects that seek to improve people’s quality of life and provide cities with functional, sustainable spaces of high architectural value. The company participates in both its own developments and in collaboration with public and private entities, building homes, offices, hotels, healthcare centers, industrial warehouse, and service centers.

In the field of roads concessions and Public-Private Partnership activities (PPP) , the Group maintains an active participation in various concession companies, including:

• Aullasa, responsible for the Autovía de los Llanos (A-31, La Roda – Bonete section).
• Aumancha, corresponding to the Toledo – Consuegra section.
• Autovía de los Pinares, covering the Valladolid – Cuéllar section.

In 2024, CYOPSA-SISOCIA, S.A. strengthened its position in the concession sector by being awarded, together with its partners, three contracts within the Extraordinary Road Plan for Aragon, participating in the following companies:

• Humonsa (Route 4 – Huesca – Monegros).
• Cilisa (Route 7 – Cinca – Litera).
• Contersa (Route 9 – Teruel East – West).

These roads concessions represent a strategic advance for the company and consolidate its commitment to the public-private partnership (PPP) model in the financing and management of essential infrastructure.
