Originally specialized in the construction of roads and transportation infrastructure, CHM has established itself as a highly qualified company capable of carrying out all types of projects: hydraulic works, building construction, railways, renewable energy, ports, airports, among others, as well as road maintenance and associated services (parking, waste management, urban maintenance, etc.), for both public and private clients.

Over these decades, we have accumulated solid experience primarily in the national market, complemented by international projects that have helped strengthen our technical and management capabilities.

Within the Group, we have companies dedicated to concrete production, aggregate extraction, real estate development, industrial and street cleaning, green area maintenance, and waste collection, enabling us to offer comprehensive solutions throughout the entire construction and services cycle.

The I+D+i department is an essential tool that drives continuous improvement, efficiency, and sustainability in all our activities.

CHM has an Integrated Management System certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 39001, and ISO 27001 standards, and complies with the National Security Framework (ENS). Additionally, it holds Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), CE certificates for factory production control, and participates in the MITECO program “Carbon Footprint – Calculate, Reduce, and Offset,” reaffirming its commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
