Aldesa is a global reference in both civil and industrial infrastructure construction and development, which also has a consolidated position in the renewable energy, real estate and concessions sector. With over 50 years’ history and projects in 15 countries spread out in three continents, the organisation is distinguished by its capacity to offer comprehensive solutions, adapted to its clients’ needs. Aldesa is structured around three lines of activity:

• Construction: it analyses all tasks involved in the Group’s main activity segment, the construction of civil works infrastructures, unique and residential buildings, refurbishment and fitting-out projects. This construction activity draws from the synergies generated by other subsidiary activities and specialised brands in the organisation, such as Coalvi (railway works), Proacon (tunnels) and Quadrature (renovation and fitting out of facilities).
• Industrial & Innovation: this centralises applied engineering activities and high-tech projects. Mainly via its subsidiary Acisa, it designs and develops cutting-edge technological solutions and offers high-quality engineering, installation and maintenance services, acting as an innovating partner in five sectors: the execution of renewable energy projects, mobility, energy efficiency, industry and safety.
• Investment activities: this includes infrastructure operation & maintenance (Concessions), the Group’s real estate activity and renewable energy projects through the development, design, construction and operation of wind farms and photovoltaic plants, amongst others.
