LANTANIA builds large transport, water and energy infrastructures. It develops sustainable solutions to improve quality of life and promote a cleaner and healthier world.

The company formally began its activity in early 2018 with the acquisition of Isolux Corsán’s construction, energy and water business units and the subsequent incorporation of the public works business line of Grupo Velasco in 2019. Lantania thus combines experience and technical means of two companies with more than 90 years of history with the enthusiasm and financial strength of the new project.

Among the most outstanding projects currently being undertaken by LANTANIA are the Almudévar dam (Huesca), the addition of a third lane to the A-66 La Plata Motorway in Asturias, the maintenance of the runways at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, the electrification of the first section of the AVE to Extremadura, the extension of the University Hospital of Guadalajara and the development of the Central Breakwater as part of the extension of the Port of Bilbao. The company operates in Spain, Colombia, Morocco and Bulgaria.

LANTANIA, whose staff have an average of 22 years’ experience and a machinery park consisting of more than 1,200 items, is structured around three main business areas: infrastructures, water and environment and energy:

• Lantania Infrastructures: road, railway and building projects. It has technical competence in the market thanks to the experience of its professionals as well as benefiting from a state-of-the-art machinery park.
• Lantania Water: covers the entire water cycle, from catchment (including the construction of dams and reservoirs), drinking water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection and purification; taking on any phase of design, construction and operation.
• Lantania Energy: extensive experience in the construction of photovoltaic solar farms, wind farms, hydroelectric power plants and the transmission and distribution infrastructures necessary to provide consumers with energy..
