CHM is a Company with over 70 years experience in the building sector and one whose reputation is based on a commitment to quality and dedication to client service. Originally specializing in roads and transport infrastructure, CHM has since became a highly qualified construction company capable of performing all class of works (roads, waterworks, building, railways, port works, airports, etc.) and services (parking, waste treatment, etc.), for both public and private clients. Over these years we have accumulated a wealth of experience in management of large projects at both national and international level. Our international activity was successfully started in Morocco with the development of building projects and urban service management and our expansion abroad has continued in Poland and Algeria.

Other Group companies are dedicated to the sale of concrete, the exploitation of quarries, real estate management, office and street cleaning, park and garden maintenance and domestic refuse collection.

Our R&D department serves as an essential tool for all our activity and has brought constant improvement and increased productivity. CHM has successfully implemented an Integrated Quality, Environmental, Occupational Risk Prevention and Energy Efficiency Management System in all their works, in compliance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and OHSAS 18001.
